To ensure the best possible print quality, all logos and designs must be provided as high-resolution files (a transparent background is preferred). The final print quality directly depends on the file provided—if the image is low-resolution or blurry, the printed result will also appear pixelated or blurry.

If your logo or design needs to be converted into a high-quality file, we can provide this service for a $6 conversion fee.

We’re also happy to create items using images found online. However, many of these designs are offered by independent creators who charge a small commercial-use licensing fee, typically ranging from $3–$8 per design. This fee, when applicable, will be covered by the customer.
